Chardonnay from the left bank of the Serein river, where the soils are packed full of chalk. Creamy lactic acids are cut through with sharp citrus. Chablis (among many more) wines are named after their home instead of the grape itself, this is because the wines quality is in it's ability to express it's terrior. When drinking these wines you aren't just experiencing a great 'Chardonnay' but also the very special spot it comes from.
"Warm stone fruit, spiced citrus blend in with notes of cedar and hints of nutmeg. The finish is round and nutty with beautiful length and concentration."
