Castelão, Aragonêz and Touriga Nacional are lightly pressed, with an 8 hour maceration, and fermented in an open spout to let the wine breath. Round and fresh rose with wild berry flavours.
Hand picked native grapes, Castelao, Aragonez, and Touriga Nacional. Fermented in stainless steel for 6 - 8 months to preserve the fresh aromas and flavours of ripe cherries, raspberry, vanilla, and hints of spice.
