Blend of Pinot de Bourgogne and Gamay de Chiroubles, made in a cleverly extracted style, with lots of fruit and minimal tannin. Chiroubles has the highest, steepest vines in Beaujolais, which makes working the vines a more physically demanding process. The reward for this meticulous work shines through in the bottle.
A delicious marriage of Pinot Noir and Gamay, and as fruit-forward and crisp as anything Santini produces. Drink pantry-cool alongside some appetizers.
