A medium-bodied red with notes of black cherry licorice, strawberry, and a hint of leather, this one could use some time in a decanter. Delicious now, but totally cellar-worthy.
Made of 100% Cab Franc from PM's Redfoot vineyard, the Ressac has a chalk minerality, crunchy redfruit notes, and an anise-leaning pepperiness, delivered in a medium-bodied structure with refreshing acidity.
