This ideology combined with manual harvesting at optimal maturity creates this incredibly persistent and lengthy experience. Notes are complex and range from stewed red fruit, white flowers, pear and yellow apple. Waves of earthiness match the fruit on the palate and nose with a surprising amount of body.
