Pierre Ferrand's yuzu liqueur is inspired by an old 19th-century recipe. The yuzu aroma is created by macerating whole yuzu fruits in Cognac for a week. After distillation, vanilla is added to the infusion. A special blend of candied citrus, almonds, plums, toffee and nutmeg is added to this aromatic liqueur when it is bottled.
