Zamalek is a hibiscus juice inspired by an Egyptian family recipe. One of the founders, Jules, comes from an Armenian family in Egypt, and Bashar is Palestinian, with roots in Alexandria too.

They met in the Montreal party scene and imagined Zamalek as our community's future drink!

The hibiscus sabdariffa flower is used in many cultures as karkade, bissap or agua de Jamaica. It has a very floral, slightly acidic and refreshing profile.
