A big, robust Cab Sauv, made from ripe fruit and with the bold fruit-forward profile to match. Cassis, blackberry, subdued red fruit, with a steak-worthy balance of acidity and tannin.

A beautiful warm-climate Chenin. Rich and full-bodied, complex and savorable. Melon, starfruit, and a graphite salinity.

Warm-climate Pinot Noir, with red fruit notes and gentle tannins, mellowed through malolactic fermentation in French barrels (20% new oak).
