The palate is the usual trademark: it enters slightly full-bodied and electric, strongly aniseed, in the center of the palate it is citrusy with a touch of cardamom, leaving a very long trail of citrus salt in the finish. Maturing in the bottle it will acquire a mineral character of hydrocarbons and candied citrus, without losing the proverbial dynamism that has made it the cult wine par excellence of the entire denomination. Great on seafood, amazing on raw fish."
